(a) The public school of Los Caños in Arecibo is hereby designated with the name of “Escuela Isabel Luisa Garcés Borrego de Gelabert” and said designation is hereby exempted from the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23, known as the “Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Act”.
(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of Title 23.
