§ 123. School buildings for emergency hospitals

No school building of any kind shall ever be used as an emergency hospital or for the care and aid of the sick without the written consent of the school director in cases of buildings belonging to, leased or otherwise occupied by school directors or without the written consent of the Secretary of Education in cases of buildings belonging to, leased or otherwise occupied by the Commonwealth Government; Provided, however, That the consent of the school directors and of the Secretary of Education in such cases shall only be granted in cases of extreme emergency.
