§ 119. School Building Fund—Increase in fund authorized

The School Building Fund shall be subject to increase and replenishment by subsequent appropriations from the Commonwealth Treasury, by repayments from the school directors and by the payment of interest upon advances in accordance with the terms of §§ 118—122.
