§ 106. Reversion to municipalities of temporary school properties

In the case of real properties which have been transferred to the Commonwealth Government pursuant to the provisions of §§ 102—105 of this title, the municipalities may request the reversion of those properties which, upon being conveyed to the Commonwealth government, were temporarily devoted to school purposes, and those properties whose use for school purposes has been desisted from, through the enactment of a resolution adopted by the Municipal Legislature setting forth the following:

(1) Statement of facts showing that the property so desired to be reverted was, when transferred to the Commonwealth Government, provisionally devoted to school purposes by the municipality;

(2) description of the property desired to be recovered;

(3) detailed list of the documents whereby the conveyance to the Commonwealth Government was made;

(4) expression of the volume and page of the registry of property where it is recorded.
