The Division of Free Studies of the Department of Education is hereby authorized to charge the following fees to the students:
(a) Examination fee: not more than one dollar ($1) for each subject.
(b) Fee for diploma: not more than five dollars ($5).
(c) Duplicate certificate fee: fifty cents ($0.50).
