§ 385f. Pension for surviving spouse and children

Should the pensioner die while receiving an annuity for retirement pursuant to this chapter, the spouse and the children that are minors, or physically or mentally disabled, shall be entitled to a pension according to what has already been provided in Act No. 218, supra, and the employer shall contribute in the corresponding proportion, pursuant to § 385d(a) of this title, regarding the benefits for the surviving spouse, minor and disabled children, as provided in this chapter.
