The plans shall be divided into five (5) stages. The teaching career member shall state the specific goals and objectives that he/she intends to achieve for each stage, with the approval of academic credits in university institutions, hours of participation in short courses and continuing education programs, and the organization of activities such as those validated in § 315a of this title.
