The directress of the Ana Roqué Duprey Industrial School for Girls shall be appointed by the Secretary of Health of Puerto Rico, be not less than twenty-five (25) years of age, and have a permanent license of social worker. Additional personnel shall be appointed by the Secretary of Health in accordance with the Personnel Act.
