§ 1176. Failure to comply with orders in cases of institutional abuse or institutional neglect

Any deliberate violation of an order issued pursuant to §§ 1191—1193 of this title, shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. The court may impose a fine for each violation that shall not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000), as well as the penalty of restitution.
