The funds needed to comply with the purposes of this chapter shall be identified, requested and consigned in the General Expenses Budget of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico for Fiscal Year 2005-2006 and subsequent fiscal years that are appropriated to each of the government agencies charged with training and qualifying the persons who benefit from the economic assistance programs of the Government of Puerto Rico, as well as the particular budget appropriated to the Department of the Family as well as to the Department of Labor and Human Resources of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
In the case of private entities contracted by the government agencies of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to whom has been delegated the employment training, qualifying and placing of persons who benefit from the economic assistance programs of the government of Puerto Rico, they shall make their respective contributions or the rendering of their services chargeable to their budgets.
