It is the public policy of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to watch over the interests of our disabled citizens. The residents of the various communities of the Island have the right to be informed on the existence of gas service stations that offer assistance at [sic] when filling their automobiles with gas. Through the creation of an Online Directory, all citizens shall be informed about the participating gas service stations with their address and telephone number.
