§ 74. Licensing and supervision of institutions for children—Right of appeal

(a) Any licensee or applicant for a license to operate a childcare establishment shall have the right to appeal the decision of the Department to cancel, suspend or deny a license before the Board of Appeals of the Department of the Family.

(b) Every candidate, employee or volunteer interested in rendering or who renders services at a childcare facility and every childcare facility that receives an adverse notification, pursuant to the provisions of § 73(d) of this title, may object to the correctness, deficiency or legality of the compiled information before the Board of Appeals of the Department of the Family within the term provided in § 2165 of Title 3.
