§ 388. Authority of Secretary of Transportation and Public Works

Nothing herein provided shall limit the authority of the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works to grant permits for equipping such spaces, provided that permits so granted have the prior recommendation of the Department; Provided, That such power may be delegated to the Department.
