The personnel of the Food Stamp Program shall be included in the Exempt Service, § 8 of Act No. 345 of May 12, 1947, known as the Personnel Act; except the personnel who participate in the eligibility determination of the participants of the program who shall be included in the Classified Service of said Act. The Secretary’s Office of the Family shall adopt regulations for the administration of the personnel included in the Exempt Service.
