Section 640.050 - Supervision during probation or conditional discharge(1) Any period of probation or conditional discharge required by the sentencing court to be served shall be supervised by: (a) The Department of Juvenile Justice, if the youthful offender is under the age of eighteen (18);(b) The Department of Corrections, upon the youthful offender attaining the age of eighteen (18); or(c) The designated representative of either of the above.(2) The Department of Juvenile Justice may make recommendations to the Circuit Court concerning the disposition of the youthful offender.Effective:7/14/2000
