Section 27A.370 - Court disposition level relating to counselThe court disposition level of the system shall consist of at least the following information as relates to counsel:
(1) Did the defendant have counsel;(2) Did the defendant retain private counsel;(3) Was counsel provided by the public advocate;(4) If counsel was provided by the public advocate: (a) Was reimbursement sought;(b) What was the amount of reimbursement sought;(c) What was the amount of reimbursement paid; and(d) What amount was recovered from bail money;(5) Did the defendant have more than one (1) counsel; if so, the number of counsel.Effective:7/15/1986
