Section 15A.0654 - Earmarking of juvenile justice funding for evidence-based practices(1) Beginning July 1, 2016, fifty percent (50%) of state moneys expended by the department on programs shall be for programs that are in accordance with evidence-based practices.(2) Beginning July 1, 2018, and thereafter, seventy-five percent (75%) of state moneys expended by the department on programs shall be for programs that are in accordance with evidence-based practices.Added by 2014 Ky.
