Section 12.295 - KRS chapters governing organizational units and administrative bodiesThe following organizational units and administrative bodies shall be governed by their respective substantive chapters as set out below:
(1) Board of Directors for the Center for School Safety under KRS Chapter 158;(2) Council on Postsecondary Education under KRS Chapter 164;(3) Department of Education under KRS Chapters 156, 157, 158, 161, 163, and 167;(4) Education Professional Standards Board under KRS Chapter 161;(5) Kentucky Board of Education under KRS Chapters 156 and 157;(6) Kentucky Commission on Deaf and Hard of Hearing under KRS Chapter 163; and(7) Kentucky Educational Television under KRS Chapter 168.Effective:7/12/2006
