Section 323A.060 - Fees established by administrative regulation(1) The board shall promulgate administrative regulations to establish the following fees: (d) Renewal fees for active, inactive, and retired licensees; and(e) Duplicate license fee.(2) The fees as established by administrative regulation shall be paid to the board, and shall not be refunded in whole or in part.Amended by 2014 Ky.
