Section 311B.120 - Board to set fees and penalties by administrative regulationThe board shall, through the promulgation of administrative regulations, set appropriate fees and penalties for:
(1) The application process;(2) Verification of qualifications;(3) Issuance and renewal of licenses for advanced imaging professionals, medical imaging technologists, radiographers, radiation therapists, nuclear medicine technologists, and limited X-ray machine operators;(5) Home study courses for limited X-ray machine operators;(6) Late renewals or reinstatements;(8) Checks issued on accounts with insufficient funds; and(9) Any other actions as deemed appropriate by the board.Added by 2012 Ky.
