Section 309.364 - Preemption of local regulation - No effect on local zoning requirements or occupational license fees(1)KRS 309.350 to 309.364 supersede all ordinances or regulations regulating massage therapists in any city, county, urban-county, charter county, or consolidated local government.(2) This article does not affect city, county, urban-county, charter county, or consolidated local government regulations relating to zoning requirements or occupational license fees pertaining to health care professions.Effective:6/24/2003
