Section 304.18-170 - Alcoholism, definitions, requirements for treatment(1) All definitions relating to alcoholism and the treatment for alcoholism, as contained in KRS Chapter 222 and Kentucky Administrative Regulations promulgated therefrom, shall apply to KRS 304.18-130 to 304.18-170.(2) All services rendered by a health care facility under KRS 304.18-130 to 304.18-170 shall comply with the requirements for such services as contained in KRS Chapter 222 and Kentucky Administrative Regulations filed pursuant to KRS Chapter 13A.Effective:1/1/1979
