Section 281.752 - [Effective 7/15/2024] Fees for issuing identifying plates and papers to motor carriers

For motor carriers and heavy equipment motor carriers as defined byKRS 138.655and for the purposes of tax collection, the department may charge a fee of ten dollars ($10) in each instance for the issuance of such identifying plates, decals, cards, signs, or papersfor the identification of motor vehiclesoperated within the state.
