Section 272A.5-010 - Members - Becoming a member(1) To begin business, a limited cooperative association shall have at least two (2) patron members unless the sole member is a cooperative.(2) A person becomes a member: (a) As provided in the organic rules;(b) As the result of a merger or conversion under Subchapter 16 of this chapter; or(c) With the consent of all the members.Added by 2012 Ky.
