Section 230.270 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Biennial report to General Assembly required

The corporationshall biennially make a full report to the General Assembly of its proceedings for the two-year period ending December 31 preceding the meeting of the General Assembly and may embody in the report such suggestions and recommendations as it deems desirable.
