Section 205.7965 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Release of data to government agencies

Nothing in Sections 8 to 46 of this Actshall be construed to prevent the release by the Office of the Attorney Generalof wage and financial institution information data to the United States Social Security Administration or the agencies of other states who administer federally funded welfare and unemployment compensation programs.
