Section 205.795 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Regulations

The Attorney Generalmay adopt regulations necessary to prevent conflict with federal laws and regulations or the loss of federal funds. The Attorney Generalmay adopt regulations to establish procedures necessary to guarantee due process of law. These regulations shall be consistent with the purpose and intent of Sections 8 to 46 of this Act.
