Section 205.792 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Use of administrative process to determine and enforce support obligations

In addition to the procedures for judicial determination, and enforcement of support obligations described in Sections 8 to 46 of this Act, the Office of the Attorney Generalmay employ administrative process, as described in KRS 405.405 to 405.520, to determine and enforce support obligations when paternity is not in question.
