Ky. Rev. Stat. § 194A.360

Section 194A.360 - Update of database

The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall update its database within thirty (30) days of receipt of information. The update shall include information from the:

(1) Offender records;

(2) Institutional records; and

(3) Administrative records.
