Section 9-584 - [Effective 1/1/2025] [Notice](a) Every licensee or authorized delegate shall include on a receipt or disclose on the licensee's website or mobile application the name of the office of the state bank commissioner and a statement that the licensee's Kansas customers can contact the office of the state bank commissioner with questions or complaints about the licensee's money transmission services.(b) This section shall take effect on and after January 1, 2025.Added by L. 2024, ch. 64,§ 30, eff. 7/1/2024.
