Section 9-NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] [Effective 1/1/2025] [Scope](a) Sections 3 through 14, and amendments thereto, shall apply only to covered transactions, as defined in K.S.A. 9-2201, and amendments thereto.(b)K.S.A. 9-2203 through 9-2209, and amendments thereto, shall apply to licensed mortgage companies, as defined in K.S.A. 9-2201, and amendments thereto.(c) This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the Kansas mortgage business act.Added by L. 2024, ch. 6,§ 3, eff. 1/1/2025.
