Section 82a-213 - Easement for park and recreation purposes on land along bank of Kansas river for city of Lawrence; conditions; authorization(a) The secretary of state is hereby authorized and directed to grant an easement on tracts of land owned by the state of Kansas along the south bank of the Kansas river in Douglas county and within and without the city of Lawrence, Kansas, to the city of Lawrence, Kansas, for use as a nature trail and for similar park and recreational purposes.
