Current through 2024 Session Acts Chapter 111 and 2024 Special Session Acts Chapter 4
The secretary of social and rehabilitation services is hereby authorized and empowered to enter into agreements with the state board of regents for the furnishing of medical, surgical and research services by the university of Kansas medical school and center to said tuberculosis hospital and pay such compensation therefor as shall be agreed upon and as is within available appropriations for the maintenance and operation of said hospital.
