Section 74-50,291 - [Effective through 12/31/2027] Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial; title of act; definitions(a) K.S.A. 2023 Supp. 74-50,291 through 74-50,300, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial act.(b) As used in K.S.A. 2023 Supp. 74-50,291 through 74-50,300, and amendments thereto: (1) "Act" means the Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial act; and(2) "commission" means the Kansas commission for the United States semiquincentennial.Added by L. 2022, ch. 35,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2022, exp. 12/31/2027.
