Current through 2024 Session Acts Chapter 5
If any spouse or eldest living survivor applies for the Vietnam war era medallion, medal and certificate or if any veteran dies after applying for a Vietnam war era medallion, medal and a certificate and such veteran would have been entitled to the Vietnam war era medallion, medal and the certificate, the director of the Kansas commission on veterans affairs office shall give the Vietnam war era medallion, medal and the certificate to the spouse or eldest living survivor of the deceased veteran.
