Section 73-1208f - Kansas commission on veterans affairs office; dutiesThe Kansas commission on veterans affairs office shall be responsible for carrying out the general policies of the governor and the director of the Kansas commission on veterans affairs office by:
(a) Affording and furnishing to veterans, and relatives and dependents of such veterans, information, advice, direction and assistance through the coordination of programs and services in the fields of education, health, vocational guidance and placement, mental care and economic security; and (b) managing, operating and controlling the Kansas soldiers' home and the Kansas veterans' home.Added by L. 2014, ch. 83,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2014.
