Section 71-215 - Evaluation of employees; definitionsAs used in K.S.A. 71-216 through 71-218, and amendments thereto:
(a) "Board" means the board of trustees of a community college.(b) "Employees" means all full-time employees of community colleges.(c) "Full-time employees of community colleges" means instructional and administrative employees who are under contract for services to a community college for a term of not less than nine months and whose services to a community college are considered their principal employment.(d) "School year" means the period from July 1 to June 30.
