Section 66-1816 - Underground potable water and sanitary sewage facilities; locatable(a) All tier 2 facilities installed by an operator after July 1, 2008, shall be locatable.(b) As used in this section, "tier 2 facility" means an underground facility used for transporting, gathering, storing, conveying, transmitting or distributing potable water or sanitary sewage.
