Section 65-6308 - Limitations on private practice of social work; penalties(a) No person may engage in the private, independent clinical practice of social work unless such person: (1) Is licensed under this act as a specialist clinical social worker or specialist social worker; and(2) has had two years' supervised experience approved by the board, pursuant to rules and regulations adopted by the board, as a licensed social worker in the specialty to be offered in private practice subsequent thereto.(b) Any violation of this section shall constitute a class B misdemeanor.L. 1974, ch. 372, § 8; L. 1986, ch. 340, § 2; L. 1999, ch. 117, § 13; 7/1/2000.
