As used in this act: "Medical facilities" means diagnostic and treatment centers, rehabilitation facilities and nursing homes as those terms are defined in title VI of the United States public health service act ( 42 U.S.C. 291 et seq.) and any amendments thereto, and such other medical facilities for which federal aid may be authorized under such federal act.
