Section 65-28b10 - Same; abortion not authorized(a) Nothing in the independent practice of midwifery act should be construed to authorize a certified nurse-midwife engaging in the independent practice of midwifery under such act to perform, induce or prescribe drugs for an abortion.(b) The provisions of this section shall become effective on January 1, 2017.Added by L. 2016, ch. 92,§ 97, eff. 1/1/2017.
