Section 65-28,130 - Same; graduated sanctions; reference guide(a) The board shall adopt a formal list of graduated sanctions for violations of the Kansas healing arts act which may be used by the board as a reference guide for the imposition of each level of sanction.(b) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas healing arts act.
