Section 65-1627c - Same; form of petition, rulesThe following rules shall govern the form of the petition in such cases:
(a) The board shall be named as plaintiff and the person who holds the license, registration or permit as defendant.(b) The charges against the person who holds the license, registration or permit shall be stated with reasonable definiteness.(c) Amendments may be made as in ordinary actions in the district court.(d) All allegations shall be deemed denied, but the person who holds the license, registration or permit may plead to the petition if such person so desires.L. 1975, ch. 319, § 6; L. 1986, ch. 231, § 13; June 1.
