Section 65-16,121 - Pharmacy audit integrity act(a)K.S.A. 65-16,121 through 65-16,126, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the pharmacy audit integrity act.(b) This section shall take effect on and after July 1, 2011.Added by L. 2011, ch. 114,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2011.
