Section 55-1633 - Oil and gas resources fund; interest; use(a) All interest earned on moneys in the oil and gas resources fund shall remain in the fund.(b) The board shall not use any funds collected under K.S.A. 2023 Supp. 55-1631, and amendments thereto, for the purpose of influencing government action or policy, except that the board may recommend amendments to this act.
