Section 48-3057 - [Punishment for violent offense again spouse, intimate partner or immediate family member](a) Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person commits a violent offense against a spouse, intimate partner or immediate family member of such person.(b) Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person, with the intent to threaten or intimidate a spouse, intimate partner or immediate family member of such person, commits an offense under this code against: (2) any property, including animals.(c) Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person, with the intent to threaten or intimidate a spouse, intimate partner or immediate family member of such person, violates a protection order.(d) Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person, with the intent to commit a violent offense against a spouse, intimate partner or immediate family member of such person, violates a protection order.Added by L. 2024, ch. 78,§ 18, eff. 7/1/2024.
