Section 48-3035 - Drunk on duty; sleeping on post; leaving post before relief(a) Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person is found drunk on duty .(b) Any person subject to this code shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person, as a result of indulgence in any alcoholic beverage or any drug, is incapacitated for the proper performance of duty.Amended by L. 2024, ch. 78,§ 102, eff. 7/1/2024.L. 1972, ch. 203, § 48-3035; July 1.
