Section 48-3016 - Insubordinate conduct toward warrant officer, noncommissioned officer or petty officerAny warrant officer or enlisted member shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer if such person:
(a) Strikes or assaults a warrant officer, noncommissioned officer or petty officer, while that officer is in the execution of such officer's office;(b) willfully disobeys the lawful order of a warrant officer, noncommissioned officer, or petty officer; or(c) treats with contempt or is disrespectful in language or deportment toward a warrant officer, noncommissioned officer, or petty officer, while that officer is in the execution of such officer's office.Amended by L. 2024, ch. 78,§ 82, eff. 7/1/2024.L. 1972, ch. 203, § 48-3016; July 1.
