Section 48-3012 - Missing movement(a) Any person subject to this code who through neglect or design misses the movement of a ship, aircraft or unit with which the person is required in the course of duty to move shall be punished as a commanding officer may direct.(b) Any person subject to this code who wrongfully and intentionally jumps into the water from a vessel in use by the United States armed forces or state military forces shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer.Amended by L. 2024, ch. 78,§ 78, eff. 7/1/2024.L. 1972, ch. 203, § 48-3012; July 1.
