Section 48-2802 - Maximum punishment(a) The punishment that a commanding officer may direct for an offense may not exceed limits prescribed by this code.(b) Notwithstanding the limitations already prescribed, the maximum fine that may be assessed by a commanding officer under K.S.A. 48-2301, and amendments thereto, shall not exceed the amount of $2,500.Amended by L. 2024, ch. 78,§ 69, eff. 7/1/2024.L. 1972, ch. 203, § 48-2802; July 1.
